Many thanks to Cassandra Drudi and the Quill & Quire for this lovely write-up about Palimpsest and my experience becoming a publisher. I really enjoyed the chance to chat about my wonderful authors and their equally wonderful books.

My husband is in training all day today which means I can’t pester him with memes and my random thoughts of how other parents park to pick up their kids after school and this is a problem for me. Why are we parking SUVs the size of semi trucks in a school parking lot???

Am having a fairly shitty day but then I watched a story about a guy who adopted a camel and how the camel now sneaks into his house and he’s huge and now I’m talking myself out of wanting a camel as my cat tries to climb onto me while I work at my desk.

Omg folks, GO VOTE today! If you’re mad about cuts to healthcare, long wait times, staff shortages, education cuts, the green belt, whatever matters most yo you, do your part and vote! Voter apathy keeps the status quo. If that’s not something you want, go VOTE!

Every time I take my kids to the orthodontist, I’m newly caught off guard by the fact that they play dance and house music in the waiting area. Every time.
