Τα ενοίκια στην Ελλάδα είναι εντελώς δυσανάλογα με τους μισθούς. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι από το 2018 τα ενοίκια έχουν αυξηθεί 55% ενώ η κοινωνική κατοικία είναι ανύπαρκτη. Η στέγη έχει μετατραπεί σε επενδυτικό προϊόν.
