My Thanksgiving cocktail was the Up In Smoke. I used 4oz of Curieux the first time. Reduced to 3oz next build & that was the winner.

1oz Laphroaig 10
1oz Fuji Apple Simple Syrup*
1/2oz Lime Juice
3-4oz Allagash Curieux

Shake on ice the first 3 ingredients. Strain and top with Curieux.

This is my favorite glass. If you’re a fan of The Prisoner, you get it. If not, it still amuses me… Green Smoothie made with AG1, banana, strawberries, blueberries, pomme, ice & walnuts.

The Last Word… equal parts Gin (The Botanist), Green Chartreuse, Lime Juice & Maraschino Liqueur 🥃
