Had my annual physical today and had a frank discussion with my doctor about antidepressants. The stress of family issues, job issues, financial issues, and other things of the past year finally pushed me to talk openly to him about it. First time in my life I've had to take anything like this.

Last night I had dinner with family and my 12 year old niece (a true budding artist if ever I saw one!) and I worked on another art project of her own design. She said we were to "draw a character that is kind of silly but can be scary too." This was my contribution. 😄
