Today I received formal approval for a property purchase. It was complex, servicing was tight and involved many finance extensions on the contract. I know what my emotions were like during this process. I can only imagine what this was like for my client. #ausag #agrifinance #brokerinyourcorner

Waiting, waiting, waiting for formal approval for a client purchasing a farm. Do the banks have any compassion for the stress this puts on their customers? 1 - 2 days is now closing in on 4. Plus there’s a whole other backstory which has put this behind by weeks.
