The other article was on photographer, Nick LoPresti, and his roll of 82-year old flourographic film. Intended to capture images from an X-ray machine in the 1940's, Nick tried using it as regular B&W film. Follow his trek on YouTube. #believeinfilm

PetaPixel had two film related articles this week, this one notes that MiNT Camera has released a filter system for the Rollei 35AF. The filters screw into a magnetic attachment, that is then clipped to the lens of the camera. #believeinfilm

This is a really interesting read if you have any interest in making movies near the Super8 format size. The Mk3 looks promising, a DIY version with electronics kit might be a possibility. It is early days, though.

Man, I had a nightmare the other day that my 35mm camera from 1960 couldn't find the internet because Amazon was down. It was not possible to adjust the aperture, shutter speed or focus. Couldn't get any sleep at all. Who designed this thing?

The Film Photography Project is promoting a new product they are carrying for 8mm movie cameras that take a special (weird?) cartridge originally from Kodak. The cartridge fits specific movie cameras that don't have the usual spool, capstans and such. #believeinfilm
