I should remember to discuss this paper in my class, because we may have an overly rosy view of cash transfers & women's decisionmaking power.

I'm following this just for Jeremy. Is he your only tortoise?

I do find that papers have better grammar, though not necessarily better content. I see lots of citation padding.
