Communication for deep tech startups is tricky. The standard advice is to abstract away the technical details and focus on customer problems.
But in deep tech, that’s easier said than done. And even when it’s possible, it’s often not enough.

At some point, a business needs to hire or outsource some of the work.
But what work do I outsource, and how do I explain to the other person what to do and how to do it?
I know how to do everything, but do I know how to teach it?
