@octopus.energy I usually get my monthly bill a couple of days into the month but not this month. The Transactions was updated on the 2nd Jan. Also on my account it's telling me that I can't request a refund because of an issue with my meter. As far as I'm aware there isn't an issue with my meter.

@octopus.energy I've just been setup to export electricity and the email asked for a photo of my Total export screen which I have but the email doesn't say where to send it to is it just a case of replying to the e-mail?

@octopus.energy I'm currently on a tracker tariff but have now got solar+battery, if I opt to switch to the agile tariff how long does this take and do I get access to the half-hourly rates as soon as switched? Thanks
