I’d say this is a pretty good way to start my Bluesky journey!
My grading philosophy? Do No Harm. And the best way to minimize the harms of grading is to implement alternative grading models that release the pressure valve and honor the fact that learning is a deeply complex process that unfolds at different rates for different students. #UngradingChat
