one of the more infuriating parts of The Job Market to me is a lot of brilliant, hardworking people have kind of dire social skills and will have a panic attack if you put them in a networking event. i can play along reasonably well but it's not fair to people who can't
i've gotta figure out an elevator pitch for tomorrow too i hate networking. i just want to do science or geomatics quietly in the corner why am i doing patrick bateman roleplay
