Homemade pot pie! I was honestly surprised how relatively simple this was to throw together. Since I used store bought puff pastry, I realized most of the ingredients could be kept in the freezer, and this could be a quick weekday dinner in the future.

I know this is going to sound weird… but I like true crime stuff because it grounds me. Occasionally think negative thoughts about myself or others. And watching an episode of “True Crime”, just stops that instantly. Like, “No, <<insert original person>> is weird. That other person is a monster.”

For anyone who tries to make a Long Island at home, you need the fresh squeeze lemon juice. You maybe able to get away with skipping one of the liqueurs, but you can’t skip the lemon.
