Thanks! They were fun to build.

Hope that’s some GOOD soup!

Yep! I built these to get them out of the closet. 🤣 I had to relearn how to set up and use my airbrush.

Now I’m free for the next project: a 2 meter RC J-3 Cub. 😀

Those were the good ole days!

Thanks! They were fun to build. The boxes have been in my closet for over a decade. Glad to have them finished. LOL

My favorite?
DC-8, hands down. It’s like the honey badger. Such a bad ass.

Finally completed my 1/144 scale UPS fleet.

I built the DC-8 about 20 years ago. It started life as a Revell United DC-8-61.

The 767-300 is an Aeroflot model by Russian maker Zvezda.

757-200 is a Minicraft NASA aircraft.

The Zvezda kit was by far the best quality and easiest build.

F**k ICE

Deicing and flying is the easy part.

Icy highways are truly ugly. Drive safe!

That’s really cool. I took one lesson in an R-22 about 35 years ago. That’s as far as I got.

Hi @wxdam.com. I can try to answer a few questions. Maybe I can rope in @ryanhoke.bsky.social if I get stumped.

Well now, would you look at that? A massive, 4-YEAR-LONG study of NEARLY 30 MILLION people in France found that individuals who received a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine had a 74% LOWER risk of death from severe COVID-19 compared to unvaccinated individuals and ZERO increased risk of all-cause mortality.

Our Elf on a Shelf is extra creepy this year.

Don’t stare into his eyes, and…

Don’t BLINK. 🎄

You serious, Clark? 🎄🎅🏽

This video of me was shot somewhere over the Pacific a few years back on Christmas Eve. I’m not saying that’s Santa. But I’m not saying it isn’t! 🎅🏽

I googled… also called Nisu and Nissua.

I just looked at a random Finnish Pulla recipe. It’s neatly identical to my mom’s (and grandmother’s). Not sure where the name Nizua came from; we’ve always called it that.

You’re lucky your friend is being a loaf!

I’ll have to try it!

Looks like the prop is nice and big. I vote YES. 😆

Looks like fun! I’m bored with Skycards. Let us know how it is.

This stuff is like bakery crack. 😋

I’m getting a head start on Christmas morning cookery. Just finished 4 loaves of my mom’s Nizua: It’s a Finnish sweet bread flavored with cardamom, lots of butter, and topped with sliced almonds and turbinado sugar.

It’s the best.

I like the idea. I’ll take a crack at it.
December 24, 2025 at 12:19 AM
That’s not a bad idea.
