The cost of having the military in D.C. has been over a million dollars every day! Why not give D.C. half of that amount to boost its own police force instead? Same thing with the other cities Trump plans to attack. That is helpful, not what he is doing. It would cost half as much, as well.

When someone joins the military, that person is required to take an oath: to protect the United States and defend the Constitution from foreign and domestic enemies. That oath is for a lifetime. A veteran who voted for Trump has gone back on that oath, in my opinion.

My grandchildren will never experience the joy of growing up decades ago when I could ride my bike for miles from home, but only after I finished my chores. Technology is a two-edged sword and cuts both ways. There's more to life than staring at a phone.

I find it incredible that our Judicial System sees the best thing for justice to prevail, is to drop the criminal cases against our incoming President. That tells me there are indeed those who are above the law. I feel as if I have been chumped, all along.

I find organized religion interferes with my relationship with GOD. I don't know what GOD is because I am human and my brain is incapable of getting a wrap of all that is GOD. GOD may not be pleased by humans using GOD's name so they can obtain authority and power. No one needs church unless weak.

After 32 years of working with people and their mental health issues, I came to believe that people do not necessarily get more mellow and thoughtful with age, but people just get more concentrated in how/what they already are!

I am not a big fan of the term "disinformation". I think it glosses over the fact that it's a LIE and is not truthful. My grandfather taught me: "Being truthful is like being pregnant, you either are, or you aren't." Call it what you like, but a lie is a lie. Just tell the truth, and DEAL WITH IT.

Trump appears to meet the diagnostic criteria of several mental disorders as detailed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V). I wrote the Surgeon General and asked his office to administer appropriate exams and have a panel determine Trump's fitness for office.
