I recently got a question about rapamycin so I will be making a short video about it in the future. But my short response is - healthy people should not be taking it. It's originally an anti-fungal and prescription medication to prevent organ transplant rejection by suppressing the immune system.

Got my approval letters today! I’m now eligible to test for board certification in the USA! ☺️ Then I can complete my subspecialty. I thought I would end up in psychiatry or pain medicine. Happy that my path led to integrative medicine and international academics.

Wow, I just did my first ever pull up since starting to work out a year ago after 3 years of being obese and unable to walk without pain (due to working in the hospital during 2020). I would post a cute workout outfit but I am literally in a tattered t-shirt and sweatpants.
