@koboldpress.com question about 'ghoul hunger' - need to make a CON save every 12 hours. Recover on 2 successes, become a ghoul on 2 failures, so only need to do 3 checks (over 36 hours) and victim is either cured or becomes a ghoul. Is that right? Or is it 2 CONSECUTIVE successes/failures?
