This behaviour is why I also beep my car lock twice. Once after getting out of the vehicle and once when I double back after walking 10 paces because I'm paranoid if I did it or not.

Don't disagree there at all and I think the AAA industry will continue to decline as a result. I am enjoying the growing voices online that champion and spread their latest indie favs or hype upcoming games in that or the AA space. Very glad Ubisoft created and killed the AAAA title though.

I think there is a world where this is still the correct list of most played games but new games were also tried by many players. It would be interesting to see if the total hours played for each of those top five dropped year to year despite staying in the same spots.

I wish they had at done the classy thing & figured out a way to decouple the live service components & adjust/remove quest points requiring additional players or engagement with typical live service acts (looking at you revive ally mission). I played it solo & the live service never mattered to me.

It really is just a race to the bottom huh. Like what will they feel inside if they eventually get to a point where one button click gives them everything and does everything for them. Will it be enough?

3. Back to seasons, I wish the weather changes had more impact. Swimming during winter should drain health since there are no stamina bars in-game. Choice in armour would also impact differently depending on the weather.

2. The minigames are often very boring. The pattern games have no bearing on gameplay outside of those activities and aren't interesting enough to stand on their own. Would prefer challenges specific to each character's strength such as a quick time parkour or bull run through walls instead.

1. Seasons cycle way too fast. There's already an in-game way to change seasons so slow it way down because it interrupts the flow of play.

Pc, S2 & ps5 for me but I haven't felt a real need to dive deep on ps5 and have mainly hopped between PC and switch. The S2 is so perfect for me with games like Hades 2 and Silksong that I can choose between binging or pick up and play whereas PC is great for big games.

I've been banking some but it's such a weird thing to try and gamify using a web browser or search engine. Points for searching, engaging in targeted ads/activities and using the edge app. I just couldn't fully get on board and just would end up forgetting to do the "dailies" and gave up on it.
