Without refugee resettlement services, I lose my job next month. That marks the 90th day for our most recent January arrivals, it marks the end of my agency being able to pay us without federal funds. I love my job. I love my team. And I love helping refugees. It’s all being stripped away.

INBOX: In a "notice of change of material facts," the Trump administration says tonight it has terminated its refugee assistance contract with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

It argues it's now a simple "contract dispute" and Judge McFadden has no jurisdiction anymore.
