3 years ago today, I had a stroke. Today I walked 2 1/4 miles each way from one of the Boardwalk at Ocean City to the other. Ooh rah!
4.5 miles total. It was hard to walk 1/2 mile at the beginning. Even with the world falling apart, I feel blessed .

The first thing that I've cooked since I had my pelvic fusion surgery. Of course it being a crock-Pot meal, I was able to sit and chop the vegetables without having to stand a lot. My house smells good already, and for the first time in almost 3 weeks I feel useful.
