Unlearning takes time, just like finding your own way to knit. It’s okay to go at your own pace - we’re in this together.

Healthy aging means embracing change - and that includes your body’s needs. ✨
Adaptive tools, like electric toothbrushes or adaptive bras, solve real problems and make life easier. Why not knitting too? Creativity thrives with flexibility.
