Great news for the European workers. Court of justice confirmed the legality of the minium wage directive.
Minimum Wages: Directive put beyond all doubt by today’s ruling of the Court of Justice.

EPSU supports @etuc-ces.bsky.social call to exclude temporary work agencies or labour intermediaries as employers from the EU Talent Pool.

Equal treatment & strong labour protections are key.
