Love to the look of this unit introducing philosophy to Year 2. Great use of stories and thinking games! #TeamRE
Doing some final tweaks to a Y2 unit: ‘What do my senses tell me about what is real?’ Written by Norfolk’s primary philosophy guru John Semmens for @InspirationEast . Lots of talk about primary specialism lately—there is no way I could have written this as a secondary person.

Some new RE units for Primary and Secondary from @oaknational.bsky.social today.
As Ramadan is approaching- check this unit that looks at the idea of harmony and how fasting and prayer can help Muslims find harmony. Look at and see if it’s of use for your school? #TeamRE

@juliechildsre.bsky.social looking at Diwali for Primary pupils through a social science lens focusing on context. How might it be different to celebrate in a Hindu majority or Hindu minority country?
Brilliant disciplinary thinking. #StrictlyRE #TeamRE

An absolutely amazing session by @juliechildsre.bsky.social looking at lenses. Fascinating case study of how the Jewish community has changed in Grimsby. Such a fantastic example of change over time through one particular local example. #TeamRE

This post from Nikki is simply brilliant at how Christmas might be studied using different lenses across key stages. Wonderful ideas. Have just been planning a sequence of @oaknational.bsky.social lessons on the same subject today!!
Thanks for the inspiration! #TeamRE

Love this from @re-mcgee.bsky.social
I love the weaving of Norfolk into her curriculum. I think, like history and geography this could work well. A secondary school close by me in Bristol has written a local unit using a case study of a local Catholic Church and their work with refugees #TeamRE

I think this is an excellent summary of the position of RE in England and also a well argued and coherent set of ideas that could be a game changer for our subject. #TeamRE

Brilliant to hear @benniekara.bsky.social again today and think further how we can embed their wisdom into the @oaknational.bsky.social RE curriculum we are creating. Brilliant feedback from everyone who heard it!
Train down to Birmingham today to work with @oaknational.bsky.social content creators on diversity. Brilliant group of people - I enjoy their thoughts and their company. However, did not like taking the train after watching two episodes of Nightsleeoer last night!

As always a post by @re-mcgee.bsky.social is a treat. I love her linking of stories and action. Nikki sensitively and beautifully unlocks the dharmic strands of interconnection and the essential feminine spirituality within Hindu dharma. I am using Vandana Shiva in the oak curriculum also. #TeamRE
