I quietly deleted Twitter from my phone a few months ago. Nowadays I post to every other platform and then eventually copy/paste to Twitter from my computer, sometimes days later. Not having the app has also, mercifully, locked me out of my own Twitter DMs.

Normally, the ethos of an editor is to "kill your darlings" for the sake of the flow of the narrative. In most cases I'm pretty good about cutting out scenes and lines for brevity, but not today.
