Greetings and welcome to this, the first re-post from the team that is fighting for YOUR rights! I cannot tell you how cruel this is, as getting a disability rating can already take up to 6 months or more. Families, with disabled veterans, unable to work while waiting for relief.
In a stunningly anti-veteran move, the Trump admin tried to use the government shutdown as an excuse to halt nearly all court rulings on veterans' disability benefits. A 9-0 court—led by a Trump appointee—rejected their "extreme request," calling it unconscionable.
