Our affiliate Acorn Coventry has stopped the eviction of member Abduobaiyda and his family.
Through collective action, they secured a private tenancy at the property, which means Abduobaiyda’s children can stay in their home and he has the accessible housing he needs.

ACORN Leeds members just stopped a rent hike that would have forced member Norman out of his home. His landlord tried to raise the rent by £50/month during a cost of living crisis, but ACORN took action and cut that rise down to just £5.

This is people power in action.
