I bought a physical copy of careless people way earlier this year and got very into the first few chapters but then kept not wanting to pick it up again so I finally borrowed the audiobook on libby and I was not in the right headspace for it but I did listen to it in its entirety today (13 hours)

you ever get in the shower and forget to have a towel ready so you have to waddle soaking wet to the cabinet only to find all of the clean towels are still in the dryer so you have to dry off with a wash cloth bc the curtains are open so you cant waddle naked to the dryer to grab a towel?
