I'm chill with spiders in controlled environments or observing them in nature from a distance (with exceptions, I love jumping spiders), but a spider making a mad dash across my floor is NEITHER OF THOSE THINGS

I still jumped out of my skin when a spider came running out.
Like my bad bro, I know that spot is relatively safe to chill, but I gotta get under there for dropped food and lost papers... and apparently flipflops.
