"If investors ever return to viewing Tesla as a car company, the stock is in trouble."

IOW, if investors think of Tesla as a company that sells less of the crucially important product to its business and by far its main source of income, its stock price could sink.

Meanwhile, in the real world...
Tesla’s European Sales Plunge
Tesla sales in the European Union have plunged to a three-year low, part of a wider decline. However, Tesla’s stock remains well-positioned—for now.

This is the Secretary of Commerce saying that demand lowers prices, proving that he thinks Americans know nothing about commerce.
This issue alone is going to cost them seats in places they don’t expect. They don’t understand the grass roots anger and hostility there is about this, and billionaire CEOs of Cantor Fitzgerald like Lutnick aren’t going to fool them with their con men sales pitches.

Musk and his Dogies damaged US soft power around the world, put hundreds of thousands out of work, set back scientific research years if not decades, caused 1000s of deaths, stole data, and fired anyone who might be a threat to his own cash cows, Tesla and SpaceX. And US debt went up $2 trillion.

Schism. The right wing is at war with itself, between anti-semites, islamophobes, racists, anti-elitist populists, elites, neo-cons, MAGAnauts, and garden-variety bigots of every stripe. After this and TPAC, hostilities are in full swing. Nice to have a war nowadays where you hope every side loses.

Mike Johnson does not know how to use a phone or a TV or a newspaper or a radio. He's never heard of the internet, social media , or word-of-mouth. He probably thinks Andrew Jackson is still President. He is of average height in the 19th century. Mike likes the 1800s and thinks he's going to stay.

Carl Reiner and Rob Reiner had a 75 year legacy of entertaining people, starting with "Your Show of Shows" in 1950. If Rob had only directed "The Princess Bride", his contribution to the joy in our lives would still be immeasurable. Activism and brilliance both in front of and behind the camera.
Rob Reiner credited his dad Carl Reiner and his "second father" Norman Lear for his activism.

Losing them all in a span of just 5 years is heartbreaking.

Rob Reiner's creative achievements will live on, but his willingness to risk it all for social justice is, for me, his greatest legacy. #FilmSky

Dick Van Dyke is a wonderful person, great entertainer, and I can't stand to hear his voice. Let me explain. When I was in college I worked in an tiny animation studio that was making a film narrated by Van Dyke about alcoholism--he had done the narration gratis because he really is a good person.⏬
To Dick Van Dyke: I send the warmest of birthday wishes. Happy 100!! You and my father Colby Carter went to high school together in Danville IL!! I'm afraid this is the closest thing I have to a picture of us together, but it will have to do. ❤️
