This stressful week from work hell got resolved today because I put my big girl pants on and made a phone-call, but it ALL COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THIS MAN HAD JUST CHECKED HIS DAMN EMAIL A WEEK AGO. WHY IS THAT SO HARD FOR GROWN ASS PEOPLE TO DO?!?!

Spent the week thinking something is wrong with me because I’m not 210% anxious like I normally am to go back to work after some vaca, but I think it’s actually the Buspar LOLOLOL I’m over here thinking I’m being avoidant, but it’s the meds helping me chill out! 🥹

I will forever be in absolute AWE of the Horizon Zero Dawn franchise. The cauldrons are some of my favorite parts. Look at that detail!? Right before I had to free fall into that hole. I’ll never shut up about this game! #burningshores #hfw #hzd

My laptop battery is failing. Apple wants $700 to fix it. Says it is better to upgrade. I can’t afford EITHER option. Then I get a letter in the mail saying my monthly medical insurance rate is going up astronomically. I fucking hate it here. I’ve been bled dry financially & things keep costing more

I just found out that one of my coworkers suddenly passed away just a few days after I last worked with him. We were friends. Not close, but we closed together a lot. He was the nicest guy and so funny. I’m just in shock. All the shit that was annoying me today suddenly is meaningless. What the fuck

Two new PRs in the gym!! RDLs and hip thrusts!! And I THINK I might actually go up in weight again next leg day because I was hitting 12 reps each set.I found a gym photo of me from a few months ago and I was lifting 75lbs for rdls/thrusts. Now I’m at 105lbs. Light work to some, but I’m encouraged 💪

Not me thinking about saying yes to a potential 3rd work gig that was just offered to me. I had to call my mom to ask if I’m crazy for considering. I know the anxiety meds are working because I legit think I’m gonna apply. It’s in my field and would be temp, but has potential to continue on.
