Giving the ZSA Voyager a second attempt. Coming from a Ultimate Hacking Keyboard, it is difficult to ge used to the compact layout, but I’ll try this time!

Every now and then I want to redo everything in our apartment. So I just end up spending hours on inspiration sites. This time, this one took pole position. Such a beautiful wooden kitchen.

I've been on a bit of a social media hiatus, but I've written a new post about something that's been on my mind a lot lately localghost.dev/blog/stop-ge...
Stop generating, start thinking - localghost
Instead of wanting to learn and improve as humans, and build better software, we’ve outsourced our mistakes to an unthinking algorithm.

The Proxmox interface should be studied. It's such a good example of a information first, dense graphical user interface that just works. It's snappy, clear and customizable.

Just received the Framework 13, and have been using it for a few days. Thought I'd share my initial impressions if someone else is eyeing this laptop!

It was really interesting seeing who was, and especially wasn’t, at Fosdem 26’

The KDE people were engaging with the community, which I appreciate. And, it seems like they have a lot going on. They’re currently working on a complete redesign of Plasma called Ocean

FOSDEM 26’ is a wrap! What a great couple of days in Brussels. I’ve learnt so much, met some incredibly smart people, and got so inspired :)

Also, an extra thanks to all the organisers and volunteers for managing to host such a great event. It was better than a lot of paid conferences I’ve been to!

Today I’ll be spending most of my time in the Local First devroom!

Just put an order in for a Framework 13. I really like the philosophy behind this company and I hope this will last me many years. I will probably start with installing Fedora 43 Gnome, since it seems very well supported.

Snuck out of Fosdem for a couple of hours to visit the Design Museum of Brussels. I really recommend visiting if you have some time over. Full of timeless pieces. Will definitely go back when I'm in Brussels again. Makes me really excited to visit Vitra Design Museum as well.
