Due to road surface temperatures of mostly between -2.C and 1C, we are gritting the primary routes overnight.
The primary routes are the main roads and are about 50% of the city's roads network.

The River Dee has passed its peak height at Garthdee and the high tide was at 3.30pm so the flooding is now expected to recede.

King George VI bridge on B9077 Great Southern Road reopened today after emergency pothole repairs.
Due to weather conditions, the contractor was unable to finish and they will go back on site to complete the works. Updates will be provided when they will return.
