@juliemason.bsky.social , spoke with my 70 year old grandparents today who were ardent Trump voters in 16 and 20, my grandfather said Trump embarrassed himself last night and that he won't vote at all for Pres, my grandmother said Harris surprised her and she may vote for her, will not for Trump.

I really appreciate @juliemason.bsky.social having a frank discussion today about paid family leave. I had to leave a career I loved and held for over a decade because I delivered a baby 17 weeks early and she needed me in the NICU and my company wouldn't wait.
