Some act like Kromer handling the run game is a knock on Joe Brady and I couldn't agree less.

The Jim Schwartz stuff is pretty cut and dry.
He's under contract.
So there are only 2 ways he gets out. Go nuclear and force Haslam to terminate it. Or an org has to trade for his rights (incredibly rare and unlikely)
My best guess is Haslam cuts him a bigger check to just stay put.

Yes, the WR room was a constraint from Brandon Beane.
The more people I talk to and look into the offense the last few years the more I'm convinced Joe Brady was handcuffed to what his Head Coach wanted him to do.
