Using detailed and sensitive information from the entire federal workforce to train an AI model is powerful to profile the employees. While valuable to manage the workforce by one person it is extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.

Thank the federal workers. Federal employees work for you, the public. They work to enrich the public with knowledge, information, and services. They work for you, not to make a private company CEO rich or to generate proprietary technologies, or for a company who is making money off of you.
