We held a round table in Ely and one thing was made clear: the Lombardo-Trump economy is failing working families.

As Governor, I will prioritize lowering costs and sign pro-worker legislation that uplifts Nevada workers and put families first.

We stopped by Plaza Furniture in West Wendover today — a business preparing to close its doors because of the Trump–Lombardo tariffs driving up costs.

Nevadans deserve a Governor who’ll stand up to anyone raising prices on working families — not someone who rubber-stamps Trump’s cost-hiking agenda.

Last night in Elko, Democrats and Republicans came together on one key issue: the cost of living in Nevada is unbearably high.

As Governor, I will work with anyone who is serious about lowering costs for working families — because making Nevada more affordable will be my top priority.

Thank you, Battle Mountain General Hospital for having me.

Health care workers are the backbone of our rural communities — where access is too far for too many folks.

Health care costs have risen faster in Nevada than anywhere else in the nation. Our priority MUST be lowering costs for Nevadans.

Costs for so many have skyrocketed from the Lombardo-Trump tariffs — and that’s no different in Virginia City.

Lombardo may think Nevadans should “feel a little pain,” but I don’t. As Governor, I’ll fight any policy that drives up costs on Nevadans.

As a dad of college-aged kids, I want Nevada to be the place our children choose to build their futures and raise their own families.

As Governor, I’ll fight every day to make life more affordable, strengthen our schools, and deliver a Nevada that puts families first.
November 13, 2025 at 6:59 PM
Last night in Sparks, I heard from Nevadans who are doing everything right and still struggling to keep up with rising costs.

As Governor, my top priority will be making Nevada more affordable and putting money back in your pocket — because families deserve a fair shot, not higher bills.
November 13, 2025 at 5:08 PM
I just finished a stop in Carson City where residents told me stories about how their grocery bills have skyrocketed over the last year.

As Governor, I’m going to crack down on price-fixing of essential goods like groceries because keeping money in Nevadans’ pockets will be a top priority for me.
November 12, 2025 at 9:14 PM
I’ve heard it all over our state and Gardnerville was no different: Nevadans are being crushed under the rising cost of living — and they feel like they’re being ignored.

As Governor, my top priority will be to lower costs and make Nevada more affordable.
November 12, 2025 at 12:41 AM
In Dayton, I heard stories of Nevadans having to choose between the food in their grocery carts and their prescriptions — and food bank lines being miles long.

As Governor, I’m going to lower the costs of prescription drugs to the Medicare-negotiated price for all Nevadans.

Thank you, Tonopah Brewing Company for having us!

After a long day on the road, nothing hits like a diet coke and pizza!
November 11, 2025 at 7:37 PM
I visited Pahrump on the first day of my campaign, and I’m back today talking about how we can make Nevada more affordable.

As Governor, lowering costs — from housing to healthcare — will be my top priority, because Nevada prospers when all Nevadans can prosper.
November 11, 2025 at 12:47 AM
Our first tour stop was at AFL-CIO in Henderson and dozens of Nevadans from across Clark County told me how hard it is to find a good-paying job in the Lombardo-Trump economy.

As Governor, diversifying our economy, creating good-paying jobs, and lowering costs will be my top priorities.
November 10, 2025 at 9:57 PM
On Joe Lombardo’s watch, working families across Nevada are struggling to make ends meet.

Today, we’re launching our Working Class First listening tour to talk to Nevadans in every corner of our state about what’s breaking their banks and how we make our state more affordable.
November 10, 2025 at 7:49 PM
Joe Lombardo is silent while Donald Trump is again suing to avoid sending food to hungry children.

Lombardo won’t stand up to Trump. I’m taking Trump to court and fighting for Nevada families.
November 7, 2025 at 8:33 PM
Time and again, Lombardo has chosen Trump’s cost-raising agenda over working families.

The cost of living is at a record high and the Lombardo-Trump economy is failing Nevadans across our state.

As Governor, I’ll stand up for working families and prioritize making Nevada more affordable.
November 7, 2025 at 12:48 AM
Too many Nevadans are having to choose between paying rent and picking up their prescriptions — and higher health care premiums will only make that problem worse.

Lowering prescription drug costs to the Medicare-negotiated price for all Nevadans will be a top priority for me as Governor.
November 6, 2025 at 8:36 PM
Under Joe Lombardo, housing costs are at record highs.

As Governor, I’m going to limit Wall Street firms from coming into Nevada, buying up our homes, and pricing hardworking families out of their neighborhoods.
November 5, 2025 at 9:42 PM
Thank you to Nevada Graduate Student Workers for the honest conversation about affordability. No one teaching or researching in our universities should struggle to make ends meet.

As Governor, I’ll keep my focus where it belongs: lowering costs and putting money back in Nevadans’ pockets.
November 5, 2025 at 5:41 PM
Trump and Lombardo can claim that things are fine all they want. The reality is: working families in Nevada are suffering under record high costs.

As Governor, I will prioritize making Nevada more affordable and lower costs for working families.
November 5, 2025 at 1:09 AM
No child in Nevada should ever go hungry, and no politician should use food assistance as a bargaining chip.

When Trump suspended SNAP, we sued — and we won. The federal government must release the funds.
November 4, 2025 at 10:27 PM
Here’s what’s about to happen: if Washington doesn’t act Nevada families will pay thousands more next year just to keep their health care. For too many folks, that means choosing between coverage and rent.

Democrats and Republicans must work together to save ACA tax credits and open the government.
November 3, 2025 at 8:51 PM
Nevada families deserve a Governor who will put them first and focus on lowering costs. That’s not happening right now.

Making Nevada more affordable — from housing to healthcare — will be my top priority as Governor.
October 31, 2025 at 5:49 PM
Too many Nevadans are already struggling to make ends meet and Donald Trump is suspending SNAP.

It is not only cruel, but it is illegal — and that’s why I’m taking him to court. I’m going to use every tool available to me to ensure Nevadans get their benefits.
October 30, 2025 at 8:27 PM
If Lombardo prioritized our kids and guaranteed school meals, food banks wouldn’t be scrambling to feed hungry children.

Guarantee school meals. End this cycle.
