I may be a bit late to the party, but RIP @PCPowerPlay! I collected that magazine from 2001 to 2007, and discovered so many great games and journos through it! I even had some of my early writing published (and written about in editorials)!

Just got another rent increase notice. Up another $40 a week to $750. They also keep bugging us to sign a new 12 month lease every time. Never had a landlord that raised the rent so often or insisted we sign a new lease every year, normally just rolled over to a periodic lease. Super annoying.

Looks like I won’t be able to go the @yellowcard.bsky.social concert in Sydney tomorrow night because I couldn’t find anyone to replace me at work. Oh well. Guess I’ll see them next time they’re in the country. Hopefully it’s not too long.

Just had four Trumpet of Patriots ads play back to back on YouTube. I’m not going to vote for them, just found it interesting to hear the kind of crap they’re campaigning on (and the types of people it appeals to)
