Just a basic beer batter with some cajun seasoning since it's gator meat deep fried to golden with tater wedges and peas to cut on the richness of the dish. If people enjoy these dishes, will be back next year due to stuff going on.

Investigator tail and chips
Decided to use this ingedient because it paired well for something I made for one of the bois. Some "Beer"-Battered alligator tail and chips on a bed of "mushy peas" for that authentic Bri-ish cuisine, sorry not sorry for the British fans here.

Basically, marinaded the alligator tail with inansal marinade and cooked in the oven, since i have no grill and what is a Filipino dish without garlic rice. Unfortunately, Wiess scwharz cards doesn't have EN stars yet but just imagine Jurard on the toilet on one of the corners.
