#Eczema can get worse in cooler weather. Cold dry air, hot showers, increased hand washing, and hand sanitizer can be eczema triggers. Wet wrapping can be an effective treatment for eczema.

Premium tax credits reduce the cost of insurance plans on the ACA exchange. Without them, the cost of insurance on the exchange is expected to double, putting health care out of reach for millions.
