Another very strong year again for games on the whole though. I look forward to playing a lot of them in 2027 when they go on 70% sales.

*KCD2 could swap with any of Split Fiction, Blue Prince or Ghost of Yotei too. The rest seems like a lock (assuming they have a limit of 6).
I would personally have Blue Prince in there over KCD2 (not played the latter), with SF a 2nd choice.

It's September, and I stopped Mario, not touched Metaphor, finished Last of Us 1, started the Dark Souls series (currently in 3), and bought some short games like Edith Finch and Viewfinder.

Idk man, I know I'm not the target demographic for "A Minecraft Movie" but that audience doesn't deserve that slop. How hard is it to make kids films that don't treat them like idiots? Mario and Sonic did way better in that regard

I think I'm suffering from genre fatigue from the genre I play by far the most out of anything - the 70+ hour RPG.
I just finished Persona 3 and all I want to do is play through at least 3 more of that type, but I am simultaneously paralysed to do so.

Sonic 3 (the film) is amazing. By far my fav videogame movie.
Funny what happens when you slowly mature your content instead of writing only for kids.
Shadow and Maria's friendship is the best it's ever been done. Very touching and believable.
The last act is pure DBZ in the best way.
9/10

There's been a noticeable uplift in my mood since I've been on these meds, like out of nowhere I'm just really pumped up and happy. Probably my best effect of them so far. General attentiveness is good too.

The reviews around Dragon Age: The Veilguard and discussion around them woke me up to the idea that you really should be selective with games you play. I have next to no interest in it but I'm happy to hear people enjoy it. Play and enjoy what makes you happy, and drop what doesn't. Time is short
