So Christmas was scary, my mum seems to have issues following simple instructions but what hit too close to home was her calling me (and her siblings) the wrong name.
Me & my dad are trying to gently get her to a doctor ASAP but trying to convince her to go is the hardest part.

Like are you able to differentiate how long it takes to travel 4 floors vs 1 floor?

TIL the kanji for pigeon is written with the kanji for 9 and bird.
Because the reading of 9 is 'ku', and sounds like a pigeon coo. Hence "ku-bird", but it is read as "hato" instead.
