Halari is ruled by a parliment, with a Prime Minister at its head. Each district of Halari, marked by a city or town, sends a pair of representatives to sit the parliment and assist in creating laws for the nation. New representatives are sent every five years.

Halari's capital city is Evah, a massive metropolis woven through the trees of the Wilidan. The farming towns out to the east are usually fairly small, built with wooden walls to protect them. The walls are less for keeping out creatures and more for keeping the winds at bay.

Halari is divided by east and west. Western Halari is marked by the Wilidan Woods. Wilidan features trees that are enormously thick around but are fairly squat, leading to a lot of circular architecture in the woods honoring the natural shapes the trees lend themselves towards.
