Absolutely hilarious. These geniuses on the hill cut Rocky a blank check to boost up old expensive coal and gas plants, cover insurance premiums and then they are surprised when rates spike? What did they think was going to happen?

The insane calls by the refs at the end bailing BYU out time and again inevitably give BYU enough time to make a play and score. Ridiculous.
