The season for holiday spectaculars is ending.
The Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego had lavish decorations and a Wizard of Oz themed yellow brick road and light show.
It was all free, and I can’t remember ever seeing more children so enchanted by something 😍🙏!

During a cold storm a few years ago, I took a little drive on the icy roads the storm brought to sunny San Diego County.
These photos were taken around Lake Henshaw, at about 2500 feet elevation and about a 30 minute drive from my home.
