Try #2 with grey fox video. That long streak sown his tail indicates it's a grey fox. It's also a male since the female is shorter and looks disproportionately longer than taller.

Who else thinks they should walk out? That would stop the nation in its tracks. Something I think the current administration needs to see.

I am trying to keep this platform more like I used to keep FB - a politics free zone. Here, I'd just be preaching to the choir. This is becoming my safe zone while I educate and flaunt my non compliance elsewhere.

It's a mourning dove kind of day. 24 little flapping hoovers on my walk. The Cooper's Hawk dines well around here with apparently little ill affect on the mourning dove population.

Our upstate NY creek today.... mink tracks on the near shore up to the T, which is head waters of a big pool that ends at the larger snowy clump straight ahead.

Today's creek walk.... fox mating season - 2 sets of tracks romping thru.
The mink continuing to patrol for food, and appears to have found some - a small blood stain under the tree roots

A Cooper's Hawk getting rid of the non edible parts of its evening meal. Crow-size and a fierce hunter. We live on the northern edge of their year-round habitat
