End of a chapter. A quite miserable one to be honest. Only great thing was getting to go back to NY for some hometime & seeing my logo on a rig & having a train horn. Other than that? Not gonna miss Prime. It all ends today as I clean out my truck and head back to Crete to become a company driver.

Finally made it to Springfield and staying 2 nights here at the hotel to relax and get the truck ready to hand back to Prime before I leave to Crete and looks like drivers are getting their rigs ready for the holidays.

After a horrid day of dealing with people at work giving me a whole bunch of attitude and lip and treating me like dirt, I officially pulled the plug on working at PRIME. I am on my way back to Springfield, MO to turn in my truck.

What in the heck?!? Snow AND fall colors?!?! I’ve only gotten to see pictures online of this type of thing. Until this morning! All the snow on those vibrant colors still left… It’s amazing! :)

The first nasty snowstorm of the season has arrived and is clobbering OH, PA, NY, and more. Good thing I am parked. Temps will drop into the 20s which means ice will definitely be forming tonight.
Got a bunch of Zephyrs cloaks and a couple extra blankets outta storage. I’ll be nice and toasty!

Parked for a 34 hr break and I can see the outer bands of the first nasty snowstorm of the season moving in… Winter came early and I really am not happy about it. Driving in winter is the worst of the worst. 😕

Welp. Run from FL to SC to OH is finally done. I can’t stand these new rigs with all the dumb babysitter sensors they have on them! They are more aggravating than helpful and are a HUGE distraction! More distracting than listening to music or having a snack while driving! Useless! 😠
