I’ve been starting my day with my Kindle being the first device I pick up, and it's honestly done wonders for my mood.
I’m more likely to keep reading during downtime throughout the day than my phone.
It's like exercising first thing in the morning to accomplish something that day already.

The biggest issue with the tech industry is that so much is positioned as productivity-boosting.
How about improving happiness and quality of life? Maybe I don’t want to be able to “grind harder.”
I just want fewer stressors in my life.
