Has anybody recognized that young men have been trained to be sociopaths? I'm of the post Vietnam era, and this seemed to be the norm. I rebelled, but did not escape the damage of being brought up this way. It's taken a lifetime to heal this damage.

When I'm feeling anxious,troubled by the thoughts that sometimes plague me, I lift my head and see, I recognize that I am safe, at peace, mindful that I am alive.

When I'm feeling anxious,troubled by the thoughts that sometimes plague me, I lift my head and see, I recognize that I am safe, at peace, mindful that I am alive.
