This is what happens when you make commitments to match policies from a party that knew it was losing. The Labour Party walked straight into a tax/NI trap set by the Tories and now they’ll suffer for it. The Tories had no one listening to them at the end. There was no need to match anything.

I think that this statement from Ant Middleton at the “unite the kingdom” rally on Sunday sums up the aims of the event.
