An eevee who temporarily evolves based on strong emotions

They were a design I made and adopted out via auction back in 2020!

digital art of a weather-based Eevee design, who temporarily evolves when feeling strong emotions. The Eevee's fur is sky-blue with fluffy white clouds around its neck and tail tip. It looks cheerful. The Vaporeon form is blue-toned grey in color with spotted markings. The fins on its head are drooped, as if weighed down by the heavy rain pelting it from the miniature dark raincloud that floats over its head. Rain drips from its neck fin, giving the impression of an umbrella, and it wears a sorrowful expression. The Jolteon forms entire body appears to be made of electricity in neon yellow, green, and white, and the ruff on its neck appears to be a dark storm cloud. its pose and expression are fearful or 'shocked'. The Flareon form has fur in a gradient of orange and red, with a literal orange-red flame forming on its forehead. Its neck ruff and tail fur are also literal flames but much brighter, with a gradient of yellow, white, and cyan. It looks like its barking furiously at something.
