A few changes:

Instead of taking submissions on a rolling basis, 25:05 will accept submissions until Oct 30, with the first issue coming out before the end of the year.

I've never been good at coming up with titles. I think 25:05 might be the only exception. It just made sense to name the magazine after what pushed me over the edge to start it!
